Jiminy Crickets Episode 128 - A Salute to Hayley Mills Part 2

 
This episode continues our tribute to Disney Legend and child star of six classic live-action Walt Disney films, Hayley Mills. Along with returning special guest Brian Crawford, Ruthie and Chris go through the remainder of Mills' Disney films - "The Moon Spinners," (1964) and "That Darn Cat." (1965) Then they discuss her career after her initial six years at Disney, including her other films, theatrical performances and television appearances including the Parent Trap made for TV sequels and the sitcom "Good Morning Miss Bliss." The episode concludes with Brian, Ruthie and Chris ranking their favorite Haley Mills Disney films, favorite songs and favorite co-stars, mixed in with many personal stories and anecdotes about their personal connections to this amazing star.

Jiminy Crickets Episode 126 - Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland

All aboard the mine train! This episode DisneyChris and Ruthie pay tribute to one of the greatest extinct Disney theme park attractions of all time, the Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland. First you will learn all about the history of this former Disneyland 'E' Ticket, and then take a virtual ride through the entire attraction, with all of its authentic original sound effects. So keep your hands and arms inside the train as we depart the little mining town of Rainbow Ridge to experience the amazing living creatures of the North American wild wilderness and amazing colors of the Rainbow Caverns. Ships Ahoy! For our special 4th of July episode, Jiminy Crickets brings you a tribute to one of the most patriotic and historical places in the Disney parks, the Rivers of America. First we explore the original river in Disneyland, including the history of it's many features and attractions. While cruising the river aboard many of the unique vessels that ply these waterways, we encounter the sights and sounds found along the river's edge and shoreline of Tom Sawyer Island, all through authentic original soundtrack audio direct from Disneyland. Next we learn about the many other later versions of the Rivers of America, found in Florida, Japan and France. Jiminy Crickets Episode 118 - Space Mountain 45th Anniversary



On January 15th, 1975, the world famous 'E' Ticket Disney attraction, Space Mountain, began launching guests into the outer stratosphere, so it is very appropriate that DisneyChris and Ruthie launch there 2020 podcast season with a 45th anniversary tribute to one of the most beloved and iconic theme park attractions of all time.
